Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 1 cup Pickled Mustard Greens
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Mix cooked rice, eggs, and tapioca starch in a bowl. Form into bun shapes.
  2. 2Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and pan-fry the rice buns until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  3. 3In the same skillet, heat sesame oil and add ground pork. Cook until browned.
  4. 4Add rice wine, coconut aminos, ginger, and sugar. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5To assemble, split the rice buns and fill with pork mixture, pickled mustard greens, crushed peanuts, and cilantro.
