Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sticky Rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Dried Radish
  • 1/4 cup Pickled Mustard Greens
  • 2 pieces Fried Crullers (Youtiao)
  • 1/2 cup Pork Floss (substitute with vegan floss)
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Floss
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the sticky rice and cook it in a rice cooker with water until done.
  2. 2Soak the dried radish and pickled mustard greens in water for 15 minutes, then chop finely.
  3. 3Cut the fried crullers into smaller pieces.
  4. 4Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spread a layer of cooked sticky rice on the plastic wrap.
  5. 5Layer the rice with chopped dried radish, pickled mustard greens, fried crullers, and vegan floss. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. 6Roll up the rice tightly into a cylinder shape using the plastic wrap. Serve immediately.
