Instructions

  1. 1Peel and slice plantains into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  2. 2Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry plantains until golden brown and caramelized on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside.
