Ingredients

  • 1 lb Egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup Chicken, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 pieces Shallots, minced
  • 2 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Soy-free oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Scramble the eggs and set aside.
  4. 4Add garlic and shallots to the wok and sauté until fragrant.
  5. 5Add chicken and shrimp, and cook until cooked through.
  6. 6Add the carrot and cabbage, and stir-fry until slightly softened.
  7. 7Add the cooked noodles, soy-free oyster sauce, fish sauce, palm sugar, and white pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
  8. 8Mix in the scrambled egg.
  9. 9Serve hot.
