Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Roti (Godamba Roti)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 2 small Green Chilies
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the roti into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or griddle over medium heat.
  3. 3Add the chopped onion, carrot, and cabbage to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until softened.
  4. 4Add the green chilies, garlic, and ginger and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  5. 5Stir in the curry powder, turmeric powder, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  6. 6In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  7. 7Pour the cornstarch slurry and vegetable broth into the pan with the vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  8. 8Add the chopped roti to the pan and mix well to combine with the vegetables and spices.
  9. 9Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the roti is heated through and slightly crispy.
  10. 10Serve hot.
