Ingredients

  • 1 lb Extra-Firm Tofu
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice

Instructions

  1. 1Press tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Marinate tofu in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3Roast or steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
  4. 4Toss broccoli with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
  5. 5Cook marinated tofu in a skillet or bake in the oven until golden brown.
