  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum

  1. 1Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. 2Cut bell peppers into strips, slice mushrooms, and trim snap peas.
  3. 3In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, and minced garlic.
  4. 4Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. 5Stir-fry the tofu until lightly browned.
  6. 6Add the broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
