Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder
  • 2 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 12 oz Egg-free noodles

Instructions

  1. 1Cut pork shoulder into 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  3. 3Brown the pork in batches and remove from the pot.
  4. 4Add chopped onion to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5Stir in sweet paprika, smoked paprika, tomato paste, and caraway seeds. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. 6Return the pork to the pot. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. 7Cover and simmer for 2 hours, or until the pork is very tender.
  8. 8Cook egg-free noodles according to package directions.
  9. 9Serve porkolt over egg-free noodles.
