  • 2 lbs Mixed fish (carp, catfish, perch)
  • 2 large Onion
  • 3 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 8 cups Fish broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.75 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the fish into chunks. Chop the onions.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. 3Add chopped onions and sauté until softened, about 8 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in sweet paprika, hot paprika, and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. 5Add fish broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6Add the fish chunks. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  8. 8Serve hot with crusty bread.
