Ingredients

  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Chop asparagus into 1-inch pieces. Dice onion.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
