Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb or Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 to taste Green Chilies
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix ground lamb or beef with chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
  2. 2Form the mixture into cylindrical shapes around skewers.
  3. 3Heat vegetable oil in a pan or grill. Cook kebabs until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4For the mint chutney, blend mint leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and a little water until smooth.
  5. 5Serve kebabs with mint chutney and gluten-free naan or roti.
