  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Dairy-free milk (almond, soy, or oat)
  • 1 tbsp Egg replacer powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil, for greasing
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2Prepare the egg replacer according to package instructions. Add the dairy-free milk, egg replacer, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. 3Heat a poffertjes pan or griddle over medium heat. Grease lightly with vegetable oil.
  4. 4Pour a small amount of batter into each indentation of the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Flip the poffertjes with a fork or skewer.
