  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp Pear juice
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 cups Cooked white rice
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced

Original measure retained: its cup/spoon or fluid-volume standard is unspecified.

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine the about 450 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced, with the 1/4 cup Soy sauce (gluten-free), 2 tbsp Brown sugar, 1 tbsp Sesame oil, 2 cloves Garlic, minced, 1 tsp Ginger, grated, 2 tbsp Pear juice, and 1/4 tsp Black pepper. Stir everything together until the beef is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2Place a 30.48 cm skillet or a wok over medium-high heat. Let it heat up for about 2 minutes until a drop of water sizzles immediately.
  3. 3Add the marinated beef to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 71°C. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  4. 4Divide the 4 cups Cooked white rice evenly among four serving bowls.
  5. 5Arrange the cooked beef over the rice in each bowl. Add the 1 cup Carrots, julienned, and the 2 cups Spinach to each bowl alongside the beef.
  6. 6Sprinkle the 1 tbsp Sesame seeds and 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced, over the contents of each bowl as a garnish. Serve immediately.
