- 0.25 cup Tahini
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 pieces Pita bread
