Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Shred the cabbage and carrots. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. 2In a large pan or pot, sauté onion in vegetable oil until softened.
  3. 3Add garlic and carrots, sauté for another minute.
  4. 4Add the shredded cabbage and turmeric powder. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
