  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound Pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
  • To taste Fish sauce dipping sauce (Nước chấm)
  • As needed Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together rice flour, coconut milk, water, turmeric powder, and salt until smooth.
  2. 2Heat a large skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Add a thin layer of vegetable oil.
  3. 3Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to create a thin crepe.
