Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 cups Potatoes
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine flour, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a stiff dough. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. 3Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4Add mashed potatoes, peas, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a small circle and cut in half.
  6. 6Form each half into a cone shape and fill with the potato mixture. Seal the edges with water.
  7. 7Place the samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with oil.
  8. 8Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
