Ingredients

  • 1 cup Buckwheat Groats
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the buckwheat groats under cold water.
  2. 2Heat the sunflower oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add the mushrooms to the pot and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 8 minutes.
  4. 4Add the buckwheat groats to the pot and stir to combine. Pour in the vegetable broth, add salt, and pepper.
