Ingredients

  • 4 medium Apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Raisins

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Wash and core the apples, being careful not to cut all the way through the bottom.
  3. 3In a small bowl, combine vegan butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
