  • 1.5 cups Chickpea Flour
  • 0.5 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 block Silken Tofu
  • 0.5 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 0.5 cup Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 0.5 cup Vegan Bacon

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2For the crust, combine chickpea flour, olive oil, water, and salt in a bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3Press the dough into a pie dish.
  4. 4Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
  5. 5While the crust is baking, blend silken tofu, nutritional yeast, plant-based milk, and smoked paprika in a blender until smooth.
  6. 6Sauté the onion and vegan bacon until slightly browned.
  7. 7Pour the tofu mixture into the baked crust. Top with the sautéed onion and vegan bacon.
  8. 8Bake for 35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
