Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1Grate the potatoes and onion using a box grater or food processor.
  2. 2Place the grated potato and onion mixture in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine the squeezed potato and onion mixture with flour, potato starch, salt, and pepper.
