Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm Tofu
  • 1 small Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. 1Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. 2Cut the pineapple into chunks.
  3. 3In a bowl, whisk together the sunflower seed butter, coconut aminos, lime juice, maple syrup, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  4. 4Marinate the tofu in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  5. 5Thread the tofu and pineapple chunks onto skewers.
  6. 6Grill the skewers over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown and the pineapple is caramelized.
  7. 7Serve immediately with extra satay sauce, if desired.
