Ingredients

  • about 680 g Potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Original measure retained: its cup/spoon or fluid-volume standard is unspecified.

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to about 205°C (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the about 680 g cubed potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. 3Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer onto a baking sheet. Make sure they are not overlapping too much so they can roast evenly.
  4. 4Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast for 30-35 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, carefully flip the potatoes to ensure they brown on all sides.
  5. 5The potatoes are done when they are tender when poked with a fork and have golden-brown, slightly crispy edges. Serve hot.
