Ingredients

  • 4 cups Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rosewater
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, whisk together the almond milk and rice flour until smooth.
  2. 2Add the sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  3. 3Remove from heat and stir in the rosewater.
  4. 4Pour the muhalabiya into individual serving bowls.
  5. 5Garnish with chopped pistachios and coconut flakes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
