Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 0.5 cup Carrot
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Green Chilies
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare the dough: Mix flour and water until a smooth dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes and let rest.
  2. 2Prepare the filling: Finely chop cabbage, carrot, and onion. Sauté with ginger and garlic. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Let cool.
  3. 3Prepare the achar: Blend tomatoes, green chilies, cilantro, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt.
  4. 4Assemble the momos: Roll out small circles of dough. Fill with vegetable mixture and pleat to seal.
  5. 5Steam the momos for 20-25 minutes.
