Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Plant-Based Milk (Oat or Almond)
  • 1/4 cup Applesauce
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, plant-based milk, applesauce, and salt until smooth.
  2. 2Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
  4. 4Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5While the pancakes are cooking, slice the apple into thin slices.
  6. 6In a separate pan, melt vegan butter and sauté the apple slices with cinnamon until softened and slightly caramelized.
