  • 10 oz Spinach
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Ricotta
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
