  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Milk (Coconut or Almond)
  • 2 tbsp Melted Dairy-Free Butter
  • 1 tsp Ube Extract
  • 1/4 cup Ube Halaya (Purple Yam Jam)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, dairy-free milk, melted dairy-free butter, and ube extract.
  3. 3Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  5. 5Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium heat.
