  • 2 pounds Ube (purple yam), boiled and mashed
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Dairy-free butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1In a large pot, combine mashed ube, coconut milk, dairy-free butter, and sugar.
  2. 2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
