  • 1 cup Sweet Rice (Glutinous Rice)
  • 6 cups Water
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Ube Extract
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk (Dairy-Free)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the sweet rice until the water runs clear.
  2. 2In a pot, combine the rinsed rice, water, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. 3Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 25-30 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the mixture has thickened, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
