Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 0.5 medium Onion
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Finely chop the onion and parsley.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  4. 4Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
