Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Lamb
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the lamb into 1-inch cubes.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated onion, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Add the lamb to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
  4. 4Thread the lamb onto skewers.
  5. 5Grill the kebabs over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness. (or bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes)
  6. 6In a small bowl, combine plain yogurt and chopped fresh mint. Serve the kebabs with the yogurt sauce.
