Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground turkey
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Finely chop onion and mince garlic.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, flaxseed meal, water, ketchup, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. 5Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  6. 6In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  7. 7Pour the balsamic glaze over the meatloaf.
  8. 8Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
