Ingredients

  • 1 lb Korean Rice Cakes (Tteok)
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean Chili Powder)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to create the sauce.

  6. 6Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
