Ingredients

  • 1 lb Stewing Beef
  • 2 lb Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the stewing beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Dice the tomatoes and onion. Mince the garlic.
  3. 3In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. 4Brown the beef in the olive oil.
  5. 5Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  6. 6Add tomatoes, vegetable broth, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and sugar.
