Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Za'atar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add the tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  3. 3Add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and snap peas. Cook until slightly softened.
  4. 4Add the minced garlic and za'atar and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. 5Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. 6In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, and water to create a drizzle.
  7. 7Pour the tahini drizzle over the stir-fry.
  8. 8Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately over rice or quinoa.
