Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm tofu, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 cup Onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups Spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Crumble the pressed tofu into a bowl.
  2. 2In a separate small bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. 3Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and saute until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  5. 5Pour the gochujang mixture over the tofu and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
