Ingredients

  • 24 wrappers Wonton Wrappers
  • 8 oz Dairy-Free Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 medium Avocado
  • 1/4 medium Onion
  • 1/2 medium Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the dairy-free mozzarella into sticks about 2 inches long.
  2. 2Place a cheese stick in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with water.
  3. 3Roll up the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges well.
  4. 4Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. 5Fry the tequeños until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6For the guacamole, mash the avocados with chopped onion, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7Serve the tequeños hot with guacamole.
