Ingredients

  • 4 eggs Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Tapioca flour
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 chili Chili, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, tapioca flour, green onions, red onion, chili (if using), soy sauce, and white pepper.
  2. 2Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is set. Flip the omelette and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. 4Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
