Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Eggs
  • 1/4 piece Onion
  • 1/2 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare your ingredients: Finely chop the 1/4 piece Onion, the 1/2 piece Green Chilies, and the 1 tablespoon Cilantro.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, crack the 3 pieces Eggs. Add the chopped 1/4 piece Onion, chopped 1/2 piece Green Chilies, chopped 1 tablespoon Cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon Salt, and 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper to the bowl. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  3. 3Place a 10-inch non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil to the pan and let it heat up until it shimmers, which should take about 1-2 minutes.

  5. 5Carefully slide a spatula under the omelette. Flip it over to cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6Slide the finished omelette onto a plate. Serve immediately.
