  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 medium Red Onion

  • 1 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1/4 medium Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Finely chop the 1/4 medium red onion, 1/2 small green chilies, and 1/4 medium tomato. Measure out 1 tbsp cilantro.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, crack the 2 large eggs. Add the chopped red onion, green chilies, cilantro, and tomato to the bowl.
  3. 3Add the 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and pinch black pepper to the egg mixture. Whisk everything together until well combined.
  4. 4Place a 10-inch non-stick skillet on the stovetop and add the 1 tbsp oil. Heat the oil over medium heat, which is approximately 350°F (175°C).

  7. 7Cook the omelette for another 3 to 4 minutes on the second side, until it is golden brown and cooked through. The omelette should feel firm to the touch.
  8. 8Slide the cooked omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
