Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 cans Kidney Beans
  • 2 cans Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

Instructions

  1. 1Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.
