Tandoori Salmon (Nut-Free)

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine the 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons tandoori masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  2. 2Add the 4 6 oz salmon fillets to the bowl with the marinade. Gently turn the fillets to coat them completely. Cover the bowl and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. 4Lightly grease a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
  5. 5Arrange the marinated salmon fillets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The salmon is cooked through when it flakes easily with a fork or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. 7Serve the Tandoori Salmon hot.
