Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Japanese Rice
  • 1 large Fresh Egg
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Furikake (Sesame-Based)
  • 1 tbsp Optional: Green Onions

Instructions

  1. 1Place the 1 cup of Cooked Japanese Rice into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. 2Gently make a small well in the very center of the 1 cup of Cooked Japanese Rice.
  3. 3Carefully crack the 1 large Fresh Egg directly into the well you made in the rice.
  4. 4Drizzle the 1 tsp of Soy Sauce evenly over the 1 large Fresh Egg and the surrounding 1 cup of Cooked Japanese Rice.
  5. 5Sprinkle the 1 tbsp of Furikake (Sesame-Based) all over the top of the egg and rice.
  6. 6If using, sprinkle the 1 tbsp Optional: Green Onions on top for extra flavor and color.
  7. 7Using your spoon or chopsticks, thoroughly mix the 1 large Fresh Egg, 1 tsp of Soy Sauce, 1 cup of Cooked Japanese Rice, and 1 tbsp of Furikake (Sesame-Based) together until well combined before eating.
