Ingredients

  • 1 block Silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 stalk Scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1Gently drain silken tofu and place it on a serving plate.
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together gluten-free soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and sugar.
