Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets (cod, sea bass, or snapper)
  • 1/4 cup Ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice wine

Instructions

  1. 1Place fish fillets on a heat-proof plate.
  2. 2Top with ginger and half of the scallions.
  3. 3In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and rice wine.
  4. 4Pour the sauce over the fish.
  5. 5Steam the fish in a steamer or a wok with a steamer rack for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. 6Garnish with remaining scallions and serve immediately.
