Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup Hot Water
  • 1/4 cup Cold Water
  • 1/4 cup Neutral Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Scallions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour with hot water. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. 2Add cold water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

  4. 4On a lightly floured surface, roll out each portion into a thin rectangle.
