Ingredients

  • 1 lb Taiwanese sausage
  • 1 medium head Cabbage
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Slice the 1 lb Taiwanese sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  2. 2Shred the 1 medium head of cabbage. Mince the 6 cloves of garlic.
  3. 3Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat (400°F / 205°C).
  4. 4Add the sliced Taiwanese sausage to the hot wok. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on both sides.
  5. 5Add the minced garlic and shredded cabbage to the wok with the sausage. Stir-fry for 5-8 minutes, until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
  6. 6Pour in the 1 tbsp soy sauce (tamari), 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1/4 tsp white pepper. Stir everything together for 1 minute to combine.
  7. 7Serve the Taiwanese sausage with garlic fried cabbage immediately.
