Ingredients

  • 2 cups Grass Jelly (canned or homemade)
  • 4 cups Soy Milk (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Water (for brown sugar syrup)
  • 4 cups Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare brown sugar syrup: In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Let cool.
