Ingredients

  • 2 lb Silken Tofu (extra soft)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Sago (tapioca pearls, cooked)

Instructions

  1. 1Gently scoop silken tofu into serving bowls. Be careful not to break the tofu.
  2. 2In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved and the syrup has thickened slightly. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. 3Pour the warm brown sugar syrup over the silken tofu.
  4. 4Top with cooked sago (tapioca pearls). Serve immediately.
